The IO1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED error is about the I/O system failing for some reasons. More likely that this will happen if the system is configured differently, improper shutting down of the unit, or a different configured update.
Are you able to access the BIOS? Commonly by hitting F2, F10, or DEL just after turning on the device. How about the Startup repair with no Windows 10 installation disk? This can be done by hitting F8 or ESC key after turning the device on.
In the second screenshot, it clearly shows that you're able to go to the Startup Repair screen. What shows when you click on Advanced Option button? Do you have the Command Prompt there? From there, we can start the repair. You may try to use these commands one at a time:
bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /fixBoot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
Note: there is a [space] before the /
